About Baby Massage Instruction
Would you like to learn the skill of baby massage?
I offer classes that will teach you these skills in a non-rushed and relaxed environment.
There are many potential benefits to be gained as a result of baby massage sessions, a few are listed below;
· Special contact and bonding - very good for pre-term babies
· Increases circulation
· Improves skin condition
· Aid digestive problems
· Reduce pain
· Increases relaxation, so in turn can aid sleep
· Aid colic

I offer these classes on either a 1-2-1 basis or as group sessions. Please feel free to contact me with any specific questions you may have regarding these lessons.
Individual sessions

If you would prefer a 1-2-1 infant massage instruction course, this can be carried out easily within the comfort of either your own or my home, whichever is your preference.
Many people choose a 1-2-1 environment for many, varying reasons. In choosing a 1-2-1 course I will adapt the course content and speed to suit your individual needs. These can be booked for any time.
Cost - £55
The advanced course is then available on completion of this course for an additional £12 for one additional week.

Group sessions
If you would like to participate in a group instruction course, you will get the opportunity to meet other parents, grandparents and carers and have the opportunity to share experiences with each other. This will also be a fantastic social time for yourself and your baby.
Group courses are 4 sessions run for 4 consecutive weeks.

The advanced course is then available on completion of this course for an additional £10 for one additional week.
